Delayed delivery

In rare circumstances, orders may take longer than the expected time frame. Unfortunately we are unable to control unexpected delays that may occur en-route including customs delays. Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel after 48 hours as it will have already been processed, packaged and shipped. If you do wish to cancel within the 48hours, please drop us an email at origindaretodream@gmail.com and have your order number to hand.

Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any orders returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable or insufficient or incorrect address. If you notice incorrect information on your order confirmation, please let us know within 48 hours with the updated details.
